At King & Co, we value experienced staff with local knowledge; Luke Hammond heads the Residential Sales department with more than 22 years’ experience within the property sector, working in both Lincoln and Mayfair, London. Luke is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for our individual and corporate clients alike. Luke works with David Handley who has 25 years residential experince working in Lincoln and Horncastle. David has been a Domestic Energy Assessor since 2008 and has also completed his Diploma in Surveying Practice. David has also completed his NDEA qualification to offer Non Domestic EPCs to our commercial clients, and also is PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor qualified. David is also accredited to perform Legionella Risk Assessments.
