- Arranging gas safety checks with reputable Gas Safe Engineers
- Advising Landlords on the Tenant’s Deposit Scheme
- Energy Performance Certificates
- Legionnaires' Risk Assessment (both undertaken by David, our own Qualified Assessor)
- Check-out service and meter reading for non-managed properties.
Our Lettings Department is headed by both Becky and Carol who between them, have been with us for over twenty years!
