- Advising Landlords on the Tenant’s Deposit Scheme
- Energy Performance Certificates
- Legionnaires' Risk Assessment (both undertaken by David, our own Qualified Assessor)
- Check-out service and meter reading for non-managed properties.
Our Lettings Department is headed by our very own Carol who has been with us for over ten years.
