King and Co will strive to ensure that the Probate Valuation is conducted in a swift, professional and friendly manner, whether instructed by yourself, a family member or your Solicitor.

In order to produce a Probate Valuation it is necessary to arrange a formal visit to the property relating to the deceased. On average the appointment should take no longer than half an hour on site and we tend to have the report with yourself or your Solicitor within 48 hours of the appointment time.
